Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati

Arrival at Guwahati Airport immediately transfer to Cherrapunjee, fondly known as the Wettest Place in The Earth. On the way, drop by Barapani Lake, the biggest artificial lake in Meghalaya. Also known as the Umiam Lake, it is beautifully surrounded by Sylvan hills. Enroute visit Seven sister falls and Nohkalikai Falls at Cherrapunjee. Later check in to hotel and night stay.

Day 2: Cherrapunjee to Dawki

Morning at 07:30 Hrs drive to Dawki (3:00 Hrs 85 Kms). Boating at Dawki River enjoy the beauty of nature at Dawki. Later at 12:00 to 12:30 Hrs Drive to Mawlynnong The Cleanest Village in Asia (1.5 Hrs 45Km). Experience the success story of Mawlynnong village, how a small community converted a village into an important tourist attraction sight today. Enjoy the lunch prepared by the local community. Mawlynnong besides the picturesque village, offers many interesting sights such as the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. It is along the Indo-Bangladesh border. This cute and colorful little village is known its cleanliness. Evening drive back to Cherrapunjee and night stay

Day 3: Cherrapunjee to Shillong

Morning after Breakfast at hotel drive to Shillong (8:00 Hrs 54 Kms) enroute visit Elephant Falls, Shillong Peak, and finally after reaching Shillong visit Wards lake, Lady Hydari park, and if time permit Don Bosco Museum before Lunch. Have your lunch somewhere in the Police Bazar area. After lunch visit Laitlum The Grand Canyon of North East (It depends of traffic condition). Alternatively you have the option to visit Shillong Local Market. Shillong is famous for organic turmeric ginger, honey also popular for wooden handicraft. Evening drive to hotel check in and night stay.

Day 4: Departure

Morning after breakfast drive to Guwahati (09:00 hrs). After arrival visit Maa Kamakhya Temple. Later transfer to Airport for your final departure.

  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

  • 50% payment to be paid in advance on confirmation. And the remaining amount before the date of travel.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

  • All cancellations are to be communicated in writing. A charge will be levied if the notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to the operation of the booked tour as per the following.

  • 30 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 25% of the Hotel Cost OR As per Hotel/Resort terms.

  • 10 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of the Hotel Cost OR As per Hotel/Resort terms.

  • 07 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% the Hotel Cost OR As per Hotel/Resort terms.
